Pancakes

First day fasting at my house. Ain't much to cook when you're alone. But I did have this huge craving for pancakes since last night. So went down to SupaSave and got me-self a ready-made mixture of pancake (so sue me for buying a pre-pack one rather than making my own).

With my $13 in my wallet (too lazy to go to the bank), I bought:
1. Ready-made mixture of pancake
2. apples, pears & oranges
3. Loaf of wholemeal bread
4. butter
Total: $14.60 (Yikes!!!!! okay so I had to use my credit card for this.. serves me right for being lazy to go to the ATM which was just outside of Supasave)

Yeap, tonight I will have pancakes. Btw, it a low-fat pancake cake mixture (i might eat it with my low fat yogurt for the ice-cream subsitute, it mite work)
