Its's 7.02am and ever since I woke p at 6am, its been raining. Its been raining the past few days and sometimes, in Seria, it comes to a point where there's continuous lighting and thunder. Scary? Of course. Sometimes we have the occasional black-out when the thunder is strong. I can also hear the siren from the nearby SCOT (Seria Crude Oil Terminal) indicating danger from my house.
Took the liberty of seeing how the weather will be like for the next few days:

It doesn't look good and from the forecast, today we will have heavy showers with moderate visibility. Okay! Confirmed! I'm going back to Seria early today. I don't want to get caught in heavy rain during the night. What's not good about heavy rain is the amount of visibility you see when driving. I once drove from bandar to seria in ZERO visibility. You can't see the roads at all. With the tutong highway nearly 80% with no street lights, it didnt helped much.
Drivers be caution and drive safely. If you can't see the road, don't drive on. Signal to the side and wait for the rain to subside. Don't forget to switch on your emergency light so other drivers are aware of your car at the side of the road. Always buckle up and drive safe.
